Get an Estimate and Book
Get an estimate in person, over the phone, or online. A house wash is priced by square footage. Once you approve the estimate, we take a 30% deposit on the card on file and put you on the schedule.
Before We Arrive
You don't have to be home. As long as we can reach water and every area that's getting cleaned, we'll handle the rest.
Protect the Property
First we water your plants. Then we cover or tape anything that needs protecting, such as the landscaping, painted surfaces and light fixtures. We walk the property looking for spots that need extra care before we start.
Soft Wash
Using our soft-wash application system, we apply the algaecide at low pressure and let it dwell. The dwell time does the work, loosening the mildew and grime so the heavy rinse can carry it away.
Heavy Rinse
Then we switch to the pressure washer for a heavy rinse and wash the plants down again afterward. Well water and rainwater collection are common on properties around town, so we can use yours or bring our own at no extra charge.
