The Site Walkthrough and Written Proposal
Reach out by call, text, email, or the online form, and a real person answers. We come walk the site with you, then send a written proposal from the office at no charge. Post-construction cleanup is scoped per site: exterior washing, window cleaning, dust and sticker removal as needed.
Signed Proposal and Vendor Paperwork
Every job runs on a signed proposal. We provide a COI, W-9, and references on request, so your vendor file is complete before we roll in.
Scheduling and the Heads-Up
Once the proposal is signed, you get confirmation and reminders by text and email. You also get a text when the crew is on the way, so nobody is guessing when we show up.
Washing the Building Exterior
We secure the property, cover or seal anything water-sensitive, then wet down and protect the landscaping. Next we apply the solution the surface calls for, let it work, and follow with a heavy rinse or pressure wash. That lifts the drywall dust off the exterior. This step runs our building washing process, using a soft-wash system and pressure washer.
Exterior Window Cleaning
We clean the exterior glass with a water-fed pole or a traditional squeegee and mop. That brings the outside of the glass back clear after the build.
Sticker and Residue Removal
We take off the construction stickers, then treat whatever residue is left to suit the surface underneath.
Flatwork
For the flatwork, we run our concrete cleaning process: pre-treat the surface, let it dwell, then pressure wash and rinse. On larger sites with a garage or lot, that same work scales into our parking lot and garage cleaning. We inspect it and repeat where a spot needs another pass. Degreasers go on wherever grease or oil has soaked in.
Photos, Walk-Around and Invoice
We shoot before-and-after photos, and on multi-day projects you get daily progress updates. At the end we do a final walk-around with you, then invoice on standard 30-day terms. If anything needs a second look, we take care of it before we call it finished.
