The Free Estimate
Reach out by call, text, email or the online form, and a real person answers. We give you a free estimate in person, by phone or online, based on the stains you have and their size and scope.
Approve, Book and Get the Heads-Up
Once you approve the estimate, we book you in. We take a 30% deposit on a card on file to hold your spot, then send confirmations and reminders by email and text. The day before, a prep flyer reminds you to move cars and furniture off the stained areas. When the crew is on the way, you get a text.
Locating and Assessing Each Stain
On the day of the job, we walk the surface, find every rust stain, and look each one over before we start treating.
Treating the Rust
Each stain gets a high-powered rust-removal chemical, and we let it go to work.
Heavy Rinse, Inspect, Repeat
We follow with a heavy rinse from the pressure washer, then inspect the surface. Any stain that hasn't fully released gets treated again.
Walk-Around and Payment
If you're home, we walk the job with you at the end. Once everything checks out, we charge the balance to the card on file. If anything looks off, tell us and we'll make it right.

Many rust stains come out completely, and the rest come out as far as the surface will give. Our rust-removal chemistry breaks the bond at the root, and we'll repeat the treatment where needed, but we don't promise every rust stain disappears completely. We will tell you what to expect before we start.
Can I add rust removal to my driveway, concrete or house wash?
Yes. You can book rust removal on its own, or add it to a driveway clean, concrete cleaning or house wash. Either way, we treat the rust the same.
How long does rust removal take?
Most rust removal jobs take one to two hours. The exact time depends on how many stains there are and how stubborn they turn out to be.
